The City of Forest Hill – Mayor, Council and staff – are dedicated to funding and providing quality services to the residents and business of the community.  From attracting quality businesses, repairing streets, and preventing crime, we are committed to do more than just the status quo.

City Hall, located at 3219 California Parkway is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Water Department/Utility Billing

Water and sewer services and garbage pick-up are billed through the City’s Utility Billing Department. Call 817-568-3030 for assistance with your bill, to pay over the phone or obtain information about new or disconnection of water service.

You can pay your water bill online 24/7/365. Click here to pay with your Visa or MasterCard. Some fees apply.

If you are experiencing a sewer related problem, during normal business hours call the Public Works Department at 817-531-5700. After hours and on weekend and holidays, call the Forest Hill Police Department non-emergency number at 817-531-5250.

Trash Pick-up

The City of Forest Hill contracts with Waste Connections (formerly Progressive Waste Solutions/IESI) for trash and bulk pick-up at our homes and businesses.  For schedules or if you have questions, call 817-222-2221. Currently, the city does not offer recycling services.  Please remember that it’s illegal to dump trash or any debris in garbage containers located on any city property.

Municipal Court

The friendly staff at the Forest Hill Municipal Court can assist you with paying traffic tickets, fines and coordinating court dates.  They can be reached at 817-568-3046.
